Craig is a great prospect hailing from Scotland.  At 6’4″, he is a good size for the division and one of the brighter prospects in the region.  Craig is most known for having solid submissions.  Most of his victories have come by way of submission, so he is a real threat to finish the fight with submissions.  He has really good chokes and it appears that when he gets into position, he knows how to finish a fight.  He has finishing ability even off of his back.  Craig has solid ground transitions and sweeps.  He also has shown to be good in scramble situations.  His striking is still a work in progress.  He has shown some good kicks, but he really needs to string all of that together in combination.  I have some worries about how his chin might hold up because there are time where his chin is left straight in the air.  From my experience, that is a mistake that should be easy to fix, but it often times isn’t.  He appears to have a good chin, but there have been numerous times where I thought he was a punch away from being knocked out.  Craig has shown a good use of leg kicks.  I also noticed that when he gets in rhythm, he has really good movement and footwork, which he uses to avoid strikes.  He has good takedowns, especially off of the cage.  I really like the chances of him signing with UFC or Bellator soon.  Craig is the current BAMMA light heavyweight champion, so I expect that he stays put there for the time being.  However, he could be in UFC by this time next year if he finishes his BAMMA contract
