Nemkov is a high ceiling prospect who could really become a top tiered light heavyweight.  Nemkov is a combat sambo fighter.  Vadim has fought against some solid competition in his short career.  In fact, his two losses come at the hands of two prospects ranked above him on this list in Jiri Prochazka and Karl Albrektsson.  He also has a solid career win over UFC veteran Goran Reljic.  Vadim currently trains with Fedor’s fight team in Stary Oskol, Russia.   Nemkov’s striking is what stands out the most in his game.  His kicks are very quick and are not telegraphed.  They also are very powerful.  He also seems to have some power in all his strikes.  He has the ability to put his opponent on the canvas with his punches.  I think his striking overall is some of the best on this list.  He puts combinations together well.  His wrestling and grappling is not a weak point, but he certainly prefers striking.  I think one of the bigger questions surrounding him would be his cardio and conditioning.  I believe he would have beaten Jiri Prochazka if his cardio would have held up.  I might argue that the fact that he fought two days prior had an impact on that.  I do not have Vadim ranked higher because of his two loses, but I would not be surprised if he surpasses those that beat him.  I would love to see him in the UFC right now.  I actually think he would be a solid addition.
